Job Description_

• To manage and support IT Operations for region

• Manage network (LAN, Internet, WAN)

• Data backup (Daily, Week, Quarterly, Annual)

• Facilitate/Resolve Employees IT Issues

• Identify IT assets that need periodic refresh

• Manager IT Assets and records related

• Manager/Identify IT Service provider for IT services (Hardware, Software)

• Manager Data Center, power devices (UPS)

• Work/ co-ordination with HR to plan IT related trainings/refresher sessions for employees

• Lead/Contribute to Global IT Projects/Initiativesfor region.

• Creation/Update employee Network Accounts & associated Accounts.

• Participate in periodic Global Internal audit

• Participate in Local periodic audit

• Manager/stock/Inventory of IT consumables, spares & supplies at optimum level

• Manager/support communication systems (EPABX)

• Manager/supportsite security systems (CCTV, Access Control)

• Collaborate with Global IT for all IT related requirements for new hardware, software,

applications.

• Act, Demonstrate stewardship & advocate for compliance of IT standards, practices at all level.

• Ensure all IT services are available as expected including internal/external services, network devices, servers, workstation etc.

• Plan annul budget for IT related investments on annual basis.

• Actively interface with regional management team to present IT initiatives, status and updates.

• Support Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint..... etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
