Job Title: Manager - IT Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Location: Sec-49, Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in India, the Middle East, and other global regions.

 Identify and establish new business opportunities, leveraging an extensive network within the IT industry.

 Lead the sales process for IT solutions, understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.

 Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design and present solutions that meet specific customer requirements.

 Maintain a deep understanding of Swaran Soft’s offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

 Oversee the entire bidding and RFP process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.

 Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop competitive, compelling proposals.

 Drive sales across Swaran Soft’s IT product and service portfolio, including app development, AI, cloud solutions, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and managed IT staffing.

 Lead and expand the sales team, mentoring and motivating team members to foster a high-performance culture.

 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development to the team.

 Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

 Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing the company’s market presence.

 Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, managing sales budgets and forecasts for optimal resource allocation.

Skills Required:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the IT industry.

 Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly in digital transformation and AI.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Demonstrated experience in solutions sales and managing RFP processes.

 Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.

 Experience with managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
