Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Manager – IT Support to lead and manage IT support operations and ensure uninterrupted IT services for a large user base.

Location: Karachi

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical sector

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager – IT Support to lead and manage IT support operations for a large user base. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth IT service delivery, managing support teams, maintaining IT systems, and implementing IT policies and security measures to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise the IT Support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

· Oversee IT support operations for 100+ users

· Manage user access rights, email access, and IT security policies

· Plan and implement IT maintenance activities including Windows updates and antivirus deployment

· Ensure compliance with company IT policies and external regulations

· Maintain smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

· At least 5 years of experience managing an IT Support team supporting 100+ users

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good comprehension and negotiation skills

Certifications:

· CompTIA A+ (Core 1 & 2)

· ITIL 4 Foundation
