Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Develop and implement the organization’s learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and design programs to address skill, leadership, and behavioral competencies.
  • Manage end-to-end learning interventions, from content design to facilitation and evaluation.
  • Curate digital learning content and leverage learning management systems (LMS) for continuous learning.

Organizational Development

  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Design and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning, high-potential development, and career pathing.
  • Support change management efforts through communication, training, and leadership engagement.
  • Develop and track key metrics to measure the impact of L&OD initiatives.

Leadership Development

  • Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and team development programs to enhance leadership capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
