An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Leasing to join Dubai Holding Hospitality Assets .


Job Purpose:

The Manager - Leasing is responsible for leading the identification, development, and execution of strategic business development opportunities across the DHHA portfolio. This includes driving growth through both new and existing business partnerships, optimizing revenue streams, and enhancing partner engagement. The role also oversees the delivery of a high-quality customer service experience that promotes long-term partner satisfaction and retention, while ensuring alignment with overall DHHA objectives and performance targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Coordination:

  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative functions related to leasing compliance.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all leasing activities.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure compliance with leasing policies.

Presentation Drafting:

  • Create and design impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing compliance findings, updates, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather data and insights for presentations.

Business Case Drafting:

  • Develop comprehensive business cases to support leasing initiatives and compliance strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business case development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Insight Analysis:

  • Analyze leasing data and trends to provide actionable insights that enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and compliance status to management.

Policy/Process Adherence:

  • Monitor and enforce adherence to leasing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related issues and best practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries and guidance.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive compliance oversight.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the leasing compliance perspective.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in leasing
  • Middle East experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field preferred
  • Strong retail background and a good understanding of the local industry
  • Strong financial management and business acumen.
  • Adept in revenue and cost analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of retail market / trends / intelligence.
  • Ability to manage the brokers / agents.
  • Advanced negotiation & persuasion skills.
  • Excellent customer relations and networking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate on all levels of business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven decision-making capabilities.
