Position - Manager Legal

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 4+ years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing litigations at various high courts, district courts, consumer forums, tribunals, local bodies etc. This includes coordinating with local counsels or law firms, ensuring filings of vakalats, tracking the proceedings, reviewing all documents to be filed in court, approach and strategy for litigations

• Preparing/ reviewing responses to any notices received from any regulatory authority, contracting counterparty, toll collection related notices

• Assisting with investments and acquiring assets, including conducting due diligences and disclosures

• Reviewing contracts such as NDAs, engagement letters, MOUs, O&M agreements, EPC agreements, settlement agreements

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including investment team, auditors, secretarial and other teams

• Providing timely updates as and when required
