Job Description :

· Proficient in legal due diligence of properties and title verification to assess the risk profile, legal capacity of the opposite party, nature of current owner's right over the property, decide the term of the transaction, encumbrance over the property

· Domain knowledge of laws and regulations governing business practice with an ability to identify and mitigate legal /commercial risks. Expertise in accurately integrating contractual obligations with commercial/business needs

· Proven expertise in vetting and drafting of contracts, real estate contracts e.g. lease deed, leave and license agreement, commercial contracts etc.

· Articulate communicator with demonstrated capability in advising on legal matters and drafting company contracts, requests for proposals and other legal documents

· Demonstrated expertise in handling the legal due diligence of various properties and review of sales price history, building code compliance of the real estate property, lease terms, etc.

· The incumbent have to travel across various locations to attend court matters and should have local court knowledge too.

Candidate Profile Required : Should have minimum 5 – 10 years of experience with sound knowledge of Drafting, Vetting, Litigation, Appeals, etc. Age limit between 40-45.

Pay: ₹533,614.56 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
