Manager – Logistics (Pharmaceutical Industry)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Logistics to oversee and streamline all logistics operations within our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of pharma supply chain, warehousing, distribution, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, distribution, and warehousing.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards and GDP guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and train logistics team members.
• Develop and implement logistics SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare logistics reports and share insights with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of pharma warehousing, distribution processes, and cold chain management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
