We are looking for a skilled Purchasing Manager with solid experience in the furniture industry and strong abilities in online and international sourcing. The ideal candidate will manage global vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source furniture, components, materials, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
  • Conduct online sourcing through platforms such as Alibaba, Made-in-China, and other global supplier networks.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, quality, and lead times.
  • Handle import processes, shipping coordination, and customs documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and collaborate with production and warehouse teams.
  • Identify new global suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and budgets.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the furniture industry (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in international and online purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Good understanding of import procedures, logistics, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
