About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities and ensure the timely procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities in line with company policies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
