Loyalty & Alliance Management:

  • Manage all processes and activities related to Partners on boarding, contract & relationship management, development & approval of customer offers, tracking & payment management
  • Manage HBL Loyalty program (Rewards and HIP) in terms of offering. Development of internal controls and processes to enable a seamless customer experience around the loyalty program including: easy access to loyalty program features,
  • Implement and monitor all customer loyalty programs & initiatives.

Regularly track results to maintain, control and take pro-active / reactive measures

Financial:

  • Support Cards team to achieve Cards financial budget by providing adequate support to ensure YOY growth is achieved, particularly regarding alliance and reward budget tracking and partner payments

Service Quality:

  • Respond to and resolve enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others, to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers.
  • Identify and escalate customer feedback relating to process and system issues

Compliance & Control:

  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities on process & operational related issues.
  • Own, manage and maintain the end-to-end process of product development / product maintenance / feature enhancement / risk & compliance measures implementation.
  • Ensure all products and programs are operated according to the prevailing product terms and within the approved standards.
  • Work with Senior Manager to identify processes gaps

Minimum qualifications:

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Team player and demonstrates skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently


Minimum experience:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience required.
