Manager - Marketing

Role Description

We are seeking a out of teh box thinker and proactive Assistant Manager – Marketing to support our marketing team. You will assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for brand awareness and digital presence managing website content, creating engaging itineraries and blogs, running ad campaigns, and maintaining strong communication across departments. This role requires being constantly up with the current trends and someone who can deliver results on time.

This role is not for you if:

1. Cannot reflect and revaluate a strategy

2. You are not able to come up with creative strategies

3. Cannot deliver results on time

4. Are not organized

5. Eager to learn and grow everyday.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing - Ability to analyze campaign performance and create paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp marketing tools and best practices.
• Knows how to use email marketing tools such as MailerLite
• Excellent knowledge of copywriting and content creation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced environment
• A sense for innovative and impactful marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
