Job Description:
CanSports Global industries seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Marketing for Karachi Korangi Office to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a trusted brand and play a key role in expanding our market presence both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage product marketing campaigns to build strong brand visibility in the market.
• Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Monitor the field sales team’s activities and provide real-time guidance to improve performance.
• Boost overall sales by developing relationships with new clients and with existing ones.
• Analyze sales reports and marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.
• Maintain and report lead data within Salesforce.
• Track competitor activities and adjust sales & marketing plans accordingly
• Prepare quarterly sales & sales forecasts and performance reports for MD.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, on-ground promotions, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 5 Years experience in product marketing and sales leadership.
• Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
