MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To build and strengthen the company’s corporate and product brand, manage internal and external communication, drive digital marketing strategy, and coordinate branding initiatives to support sales growth and market expansion.

2. Consistent and timely execution of digital campaigns and corporate communication

3. High-quality marketing collaterals, content, and case studies

4. Smooth coordination with PR/IR consultants for investor communication

5. Effective supervision of the marketing team and agency partners

6. Increased brand engagement and improved perception in target markets

KEY ACTIVITIES:

1. Brand Strategy & Corporate Communication
- Define and implement brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Develop content themes for corporate communication: sustainability, innovation, success stories, leadership messages, customer testimonials
- Coordinate investor decks, annual report sections, and company profiles
- Liaise with PR agencies for press releases, media coverage, and interviews

2. Digital Marketing Leadership
- Oversee company’s LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and other digital channels
- Approve monthly content calendars and ensure posts are relevant, timely, and aligned with brand strategy
- Supervise paid digital campaigns for brand awareness, recruitment, and lead generation
- Monitor digital analytics and guide optimization plans

3. Marketing Collaterals & Visual Content
- Oversee development of brochures, datasheets, corporate presentations, videos, and gifting
- Approve design briefs, final outputs, and ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain an updated repository of all branding assets

4. Events & Exhibitions Management
- Plan participation in domestic and international exhibitions
- Approve booth design, branding, samples for display, and marketing materials
- Oversee travel coordination, vendor management, and post-event reporting

5. Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing and digital executives
- Manage external agencies, design partners, photographers, videographers, and PR firms
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets for marketing activities

6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with senior management, sales, HR, and finance for consistent messaging
- Support HR with employer branding, internal branding, and CSR communication
- Act as single point of contact for investor-related branding and communication tasks

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification (Must/Desirable):

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration (Must)

- MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/Branding/Communications (Desirable)

Experience:

- 6–12 years of experience in industrial/B2B marketing, corporate branding, or corporate communication

- Experience handling branding for listed companies or IPO processes (Desirable)

- Strong portfolio of managing digital, print, PR, and event campaigns

SPECIAL SKILLS:

- Excellent communication and content planning skills

- Strategic mindset with ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans

- Strong vendor and team management capability

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and branding software oversight (design handled by agencies)

- Understanding of investor communication and corporate PR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
