What You’ll Own

Brand & Internal Communications

· Lead content and communication campaigns aligned with the school’s vision and values

· Ensure a consistent brand voice across emails, website, internal memos, and social platforms

· Build and manage editorial calendars for social media, newsletters, and circulars

· Collaborate with faculty, students, and staff to highlight meaningful stories

· Oversee end-to-end content creation, including gathering, curating, writing, and publishing

Community Engagement & Digital Presence

· Represent the brand across WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Facebook

· Engage parents through timely, relevant, and professional communication

· Support digital marketing campaigns to attract prospective parents

· Monitor feedback and online reviews, responding strategically and thoughtfully

· Work closely with Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure aligned outreach

You Should Have

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (British English preferred)

· Strong storytelling ability with a strategic, campaign-driven mindset

· Hands-on experience with CMS, email marketing tools, and social media schedulers

· Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)

· Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders

· A customer-first mindset with emotional intelligence and professionalism
