Manager Marketing MALE/FEMALE

We are looking for a results-driven Manager – Marketing & Sales to lead our business development and marketing efforts in the customs clearance and logistics sector. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a regional sales team to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate new business in customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics (MBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance and freight forwarding services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
