Role Summary
The Manager - Myli is responsible for the management of all retail activities, taking overall responsibility for the recruitment, management and support of all staff. The Role holder is also responsible for achieving set income and profit targets for each store & country, developing incentive scheme for stores and deciding on the target. carry out assessments to estimate the requirements of each retail store in order to facilitate provision of needed resources.
ROLE PROFILE

Lead and execute product and marketing resets, pricing updates, inventory tasks, and replenishment to ensure optimal store readiness and availability.

Drive sales growth and profitability by monitoring performance, controlling costs, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Analyze sales, stock, and operational metrics to identify underperformance and implement strategic, data-driven corrective actions.

Identify and leverage internal and external opportunities to enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency across stores.

Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with store SOPs, effective sales team scheduling, commission management, and operational discipline.

Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Store Management teams to ensure effective stock management, timely deliveries, and attractive aisle layouts aligned with planograms.

Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships to meet shipment timelines, planogram execution, and merchandising expectations.

Ensure compliance with MAF Retail’s health, safety, hygiene, security, and audit standards while implementing strategies to minimize waste and shrinkage through regular store visits and reviews.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration / management

7+ years in the related managerial function

Preferably 5+ years in the retail business or closely related industry Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong people and negotiation skills - capable to easily build relationships across all levels

Strong and pragmatic problem solving coupled with analytical capabilities

Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
