The Manager – Network Infrastructure & Security is responsible for strategic planning, design, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide network architecture, data center infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. The role ensures high availability, performance optimization, compliance with international standards and proactive threat management across on-premises and cloud environments.
This position leads to infrastructure modernization initiatives, oversees security frameworks, and ensure business continuity through resilient and secure network designs.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and manage enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and Data Center architectures including Spine-Leaf topology and high-availability frameworks.
· Oversee routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLAN segmentation, VRRP, policy-based routing, and multi-ISP redundancy.
· Develop and maintain High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) design documentation.
· Lead Data Center operations ensuring 99.9%+ uptime, bandwidth optimization, failover strategies, and capacity forecasting (compute, storage, network).
· Deploy and administer Next-Generation Firewalls (Cisco, FortiGate, Sangfor NGAF) and enforce secure segmentation and access controls.
· Configure IPS/IDS, WAF, Anti-Malware, DDoS protection, VPNs (Site-to-Site & Remote Access), and Zero-Trust security models.
· Lead deployment and lifecycle management of SIEM platforms (Wazuh, ELK, Splunk, AlienVault) with centralized log monitoring and real-time threat detection.
· Oversee vulnerability assessments, incident response workflows, and Cyber Threat Intelligence integration.
· Architect secure AWS and GCP cloud environments including VPCs, VPNs, load balancers, Auto Scaling, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
· Deploy and secure containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes with compliance hardening.
· Drive compliance standards and align infrastructure security with ISO, PCI DSS, NIST, and IEC 62443 frameworks.
· Develop SOPs, risk mitigation controls.
· Implement monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios) and automate configurations using Python and Ansible.
· Lead and mentor network, infrastructure, and NOC teams while managing vendors, ISPs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Present infrastructure roadmaps, risk posture, and performance metrics to senior leadership and ensure SLA compliance.
· Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science.
· 5-7+ years of progressive experience in Network Infrastructure & Security.
· Proven experience managing enterprise Data Centers and Cloud environments.
· Preferred Certifications
· CCNA / CCNP | Fortinet preferred
