What is Manager Cloud Infrastructure - MMBL?

As a Manager Cloud Infrastructure , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Bank’s enterprise Linux infrastructure and private cloud environments. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance optimization, security compliance, and operational excellence across on-premises and cloud platforms.

You will oversee Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, automation, patching, monitoring, and disaster recovery operations to support mission-critical applications and business continuity requirements. The role requires strong expertise in enterprise Linux systems, cloud architecture, and container platforms.

The AVP will work closely with infrastructure, security, database, network, and storage teams to maintain a secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure ecosystem.


What Manager Cloud Infrastructure Does - MMBL ?

  • Design and implement private cloud and Linux infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, documentation, and technical guidelines
  • Lead on-premises to cloud migration initiatives and cloud infrastructure deployment
  • Manage and administer enterprise Kubernetes environments including OKE, upstream Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Rancher
  • Deploy and maintain containerized applications, managing cluster scaling, RBAC, storage, and networking configurations
  • Administer virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and KVM, including VM provisioning, replication, and high availability
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for automated infrastructure provisioning
  • Automate configuration management, patching, and deployments using Ansible
  • Manage Linux patching strategies including kernel upgrades, security updates, and compliance validation
  • Install and maintain enterprise web and application servers such as IIS, Apache Tomcat, JBoss EAP, and WildFly
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, log analysis, and deployment troubleshooting
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and security compliance across Linux and cloud environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable and scalable enterprise infrastructure
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and infrastructure performance
  • Lead operational processes to maintain enterprise uptime and reliability standards


What are we looking for & what does It take to be Manager Cloud Infrastructure - MMBL ?


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Linux administration and cloud infrastructure management
  • Strong experience managing enterprise-scale, mission-critical environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Linux enterprise distributions and cloud platforms
  • Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and virtualization platforms
  • Hands-on knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Ansible automation
  • Experience with enterprise web and application servers such as IIS, Tomcat, or JBoss
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in structured escalation and enterprise support environments

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Linux system administration and cloud infrastructure expertise
  • Deep understanding of container platforms and Kubernetes environments
  • Experience in automation, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-availability enterprise systems
