Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the overall sales management of directly-operated stores, formulate and implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of annual sales targets.
2. Coordinate the daily operation and management of directly-operated stores, and ensure the effective implementation of inventory, display, price system and customer service standards.
3. Be responsible for the site selection, opening and closing decisions of directly-operated stores, and analyze the business district potential and competitive situation based on market data.
4. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators of stores (sales per square meter, labor productivity, average customer spending, inventory turnover rate, etc.) to improve operational efficiency.
5. Establish and maintain local customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and promote the implementation of member management and precision marketing.
6. Be responsible for promoting the digital operation of stores, optimize the O2O omni-channel sales model, and improve the integrated online and offline operation capabilities.
