About the Division:


Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?

Overview of Role:

To drive sustainable business growth by enabling data-driven decisions, optimizing sales performance, and aligning cross-functional execution. Passionate about building high-performing systems, empowering dealer networks, and delivering measurable commercial impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial excellence through advanced analytics, dashboards, and predictive forecasting to enable data-driven decisions on sales, pricing, and market expansion.
  • Lead sales performance management by defining KPIs, optimizing dealer productivity, and strengthening territory penetration aligned with growth targets.
  • Enhance dealer network effectiveness through structured performance reviews, capability building, and standardized sales and retail processes.
  • Align demand and supply planning by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and market responsiveness.
  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Aftersales to ensure seamless strategy execution and business alignment.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean/Six Sigma practices, governance frameworks, and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Build market intelligence and competitive benchmarking capabilities, leveraging digital tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau) to strengthen decision-making and competitive advantage.


Education:

  • Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration from reputable institute.


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:


  • 8–10 years of experience in the tractor, agricultural machinery, automotive, or equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, forecasting models, and data visualization.
  • Experience in process improvement, SOP development, and continuous improvement methodologies (preferably: Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Understanding of dealer operations, market cycles, and rural/agri-customer behaviors.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capability.
