Manager Operational Finance

Job Summary:

The Manager Operational Finance will oversee the organization’s day-to-day financial operations and ensure strong financial management and control systems. This role requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and strong operational skills including logistics, coordination, and administration. The incumbent will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and invoicing, as well as preparing budgets and conducting budget analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Accounting:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure timely collection and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.

Payroll & Invoicing:

  • Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (taxes, EOBI, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit client invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Track invoice payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Prepare annual budgets in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Develop and present budget variance reports and financial analysis to management.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Operations & Administration:

  • Support logistical arrangements for project activities, travel, procurement, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for audit and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and operations.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of financial policies, payroll processing, and budgeting.

Salary TBD (To Be Determent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
