Key Responsibilities
Operations & Center Management
- Oversee daily operations of all centers to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Coordinate activities between Mumbai and other centers
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Monitor patient flow, turnaround time (TAT), and service delivery
Staff & Team Management
- Manage, supervise, and motivate staff across all centers
- Ensure proper duty rosters, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Conduct training and ensure discipline and professional conduct
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Monitor stock levels of reagents, consumables, and equipment
- Coordinate procurement and vendor negotiations
- Prevent shortages and wastage across centers
Billing, Reporting & MIS
- Oversee billing processes and cash handling
- Ensure accurate reporting, daily collections, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with accounts and management for financial controls
Business & Growth Support
- Support business development initiatives and new center launches
- Improve operational efficiency and cost control
- Handle escalations, customer complaints, and service recovery
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure infection control, cleanliness, and safety
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste management
- Maintain documentation and quality records
Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Knowledge of lab operations, billing systems, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational dashboards
