Manager Operations

We are seeking an experienced Manager Operations – Warehousing & Storage to lead overall warehouse operations, ensure smooth workflow management, and drive operational efficiency across the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Complete understanding of warehouse processes (Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Dispatch, Inventory Control).
• Strong knowledge of Cold Chain Management (temperature control, product integrity, FIFO/FEFO).
• Hands-on experience with WMS / ERP systems, barcode scanning, batch & lot tracking.
• Strong command of inventory accuracy techniques (Cycle counting, stock reconciliation, variance analysis, root cause analysis).
• Experience in managing cross-docking operations and fast-moving SKUs.
• Understanding of damage control, shrinkage prevention, and loss reduction techniques.
• Knowledge of palletization standards, load optimization, and safe stacking practices.
• Experience in GDP-compliant operations, audits, temperature mapping & validations.
• Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, HACCP, SOP compliance).
• Strong command of Safety & QSHE standards (risk assessment, incident reporting, PPE, audits).
• Understanding of local laws, warehousing, and material handling regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics.
• D-Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) will be a strong advantage.
• Professional certifications in Warehousing, Quality, or Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO, HACCP) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
• Must have hands-on experience in both Cold Storage and Ambient Warehouses.
• Proven experience in managing large teams, inventory, and multi-department facilities.
