Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi

Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Education: Graduate in HR or Marketing (master’s degree preferred)

Role Overview: The Manager Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams and performance monitoring to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline daily operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and workflows
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare analytical reports for management review
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
• Maintain professional client relationships and resolve operational concerns
• Support HR and Marketing initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Oversee task delegation and team productivity
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational standards
• Provide data-driven insights to assist strategic decision-making

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• High organizational and time-management skills

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 4–5 years of relevant operational management experience
