Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for food service and operational excellence? Pizza Junction is looking for an experienced Manager Operations to oversee and manage multiple branches, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple Pizza Junction branches

Ensure consistent quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction

Manage and train branch supervisor and staff

Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability

Implement operational policies and improve efficiency

Handle inventory control, supply chain coordination, and vendor management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-branch or area management (preferably in food/restaurant industry)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Good communication and organizational skills
