Position Overview
The Manager Partnerships is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing strategic partnerships with government entities and stakeholders to support RTA s mission and institutional objectives. The role ensures effective collaboration, alignment with governance policies, and measurable impact through structured engagement programs.

What You ll Do

* Develop and implement strategic partnership plans aligned with RTA s organizational goals.
* Evaluate existing partnerships and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
* Draft and manage memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in line with RTA governance protocols.
* Coordinate with internal departments to establish and enforce partnership-related policies and procedures.
* Measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives using KPIs and feedback systems.
* Ensure unified engagement and communication with stakeholders across the organization.
* Identify and secure new strategic partnership opportunities to expand RTA s network and influence.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or strategic planning.
* Strong leadership abilities with a record of achieving results through collaboration.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
