What You ll Do

• Develop and implement strategic partnership plans aligned with RTA s organizational goals.
• Evaluate existing partnerships and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
• Draft and manage memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in line with RTA governance protocols.
• Coordinate with internal departments to establish and enforce partnership-related policies and procedures.
• Measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives using KPIs and feedback systems.
• Ensure unified engagement and communication with stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify and secure new strategic partnership opportunities to expand RTA s network and influence.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or strategic planning.
• Strong leadership abilities with a record of achieving results through collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
