Manager- Planning

Job Responsibilities:-

Planning & Business Analysis:

• Work closely with Business teams to understand the business model and develop Capacity models/plan
• Work customer backwards to enhance customer experience through better Service Speeds
• Be an SME for Capacity planning with in-depth understanding of Capacity planning models and tools, processes
• Drive Speed / Capacity planning improvements. Identify and implement cost reduction and waste removal initiatives

Planning Processes:

• Closely monitor the Capacity/Speed metrics performance, develop insights and course correct plans
• Develop and continuously evolve dashboarding/reporting to ensure a Laser-sharp focus on Capacity/Speed metrics
• Champion data-driven decision making. Translate data analysis into decision recommendations for the business
• Work towards developing solutions using GScripts / R / Python to automate Planning models and processes

To Succeed in this role - You should have the following:-

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Planning / Analytics roles in Consulting, FMCG, Ecommerce, Manufacturing domains
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills & team work
• Basic functional knowledge of supply strategies, supply planning, supply chain operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting is a plus
• Hands-on experience with automation and capabilities in R/Python
