Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?


  • To lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between production, marketing, and top management for timely approval and execution of monthly production plans.
  • To oversee Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for local and imported parts, ensuring balanced scheduling, smooth production flow, and 100% compliance with approved plans and AGTL procedures.
  • To manage CKD imports and inventory control , maintaining optimal stock levels, timely order placement, and shipment follow-ups to support continuous production against sales targets.
  • To drive cross-functional coordination across Production, Supply Chain, and Marketing to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • To ensure strict adherence to contractual, process, and reporting compliance standards as per AGTL and Al-Futtaim Group policies.
  • To strengthen reporting and performance tracking mechanisms , enabling proactive decision-making and visibility across the supply chain.
  • To support AGTL’s transformation through data-driven planning, logistics optimization, and digital enablement for a more efficient and sustainable operation.


Minimum Qualification & Experience:


  • Education: Bachelors or Master’s in Supply Chain Management from a reputable institution
  • Experience: •7+ year of relevant experience within the manufacturing / Automotive industry.


Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

  • Strong command of S&OP, MRP, and inventory management.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-focused, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work on various on-going projects with good organisational and time management skills
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
