What You ll Do

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost savings
  • Lead CAPEX and OPEX procurement for assets, equipment, and operational needs
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate supplier agreements
  • Provide data-driven procurement insights to align with financial and operational goals
  • Manage, coach, and develop the procurement team for performance and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier partnerships and workflows
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals ensuring legal and financial compliance
  • Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery standards
  • Drive automation of procurement processes and adopt best practices for efficiency
  • Manage large procurement projects, including equipment purchases and fit-outs
  • Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure operational resilience
