Manager Product Design

Manage the entire product development cycle, from new idea to final product launch.

Coordinate with R&D, Design, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams to execute approved projects.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement.

Prepare product feasibility reports, technical specifications, and cost estimates for review by the Directors.

Develop prototypes and ensure design validation as per management feedback.

Oversee pre-production trials and ensure product readiness for mass production.

Ensure that all products comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain documentation related to product design, testing, and approvals.

Monitor ongoing product performance and recommend updates or modifications.

Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Board / Committee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Product Design : 5 years (Required)
