JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to shape the narrative, growth, and positioning of our financial and technology products. This role will be responsible for defining the product story, designing and executing go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption through integrated brand and performance campaigns.
As the custodian of the customer voice, this person will gather and translate insights into marketing strategies, ensuring that customer needs are at the heart of product development and communication. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams, the Product Marketing Manager will lead initiatives that improve user acquisition funnels, conversion, and retention, ultimately helping build the next generation of finance and technology solutions.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Role:
Product Narrative & Positioning

Define and continuously refine the
product story, messaging, and positioning
to ensure clarity and differentiation in the market.

Create compelling
value propositions
that resonate with target audiences and stakeholders.

Develop
sales and customer-facing materials
that simplify complex product offerings.
Go-to-Market & Growth Campaigns
-
Lead
go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution
for new product launches and major feature rollouts.

Design and deliver
brand, growth, and performance campaigns
that drive adoption and engagement.

Collaborate with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to develop integrated campaign assets.
Customer Voice & Insights
-
Act as the
voice of the customer,
embedding customer feedback into product and marketing strategies.

Conduct
market research, customer interviews, and competitive benchmarking
to inform product positioning.

Translate data and insights into
actionable marketing recommendations.
Collaboration with Product & Engineering
-
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to align marketing with product development.

Help refine
user acquisition, onboarding, and conversion funnels.

Support prioritization of product features by providing customer insights and market demand analysis.
Performance & Measurement

Define and track
KPIs for product marketing campaigns
(adoption, conversion, retention, NPS, brand lift).

Use analytics to
optimize messaging, campaigns, and funnels
on an ongoing basis.

Deliver
clear reporting
on performance, learnings, and ROI to stakeholders.

6–10 years of experience in

within fintech, technology, or digital-first industries.

Proven experience launching and scaling products, including
go-to-market campaigns

Deep understanding of
growth funnels, acquisition tactics, and performance marketing

Strong research and analytical skills; ability to use
data to inform decisions

Hands-on experience with
marketing analytics and research tools
(Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Data.ai, Brandwatch, or similar).

Product, Engineering, and Growth teams
