Manager Production, Planning & Control

We’re looking for an experienced Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC) to lead our planning, scheduling, and process optimization functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Coordination

☑Develop, implement, and monitor weekly and monthly production plans aligned with customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.

☑Coordinate routing, scheduling, and loading activities to balance in-house and vendor workloads.

☑Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align forecasts, material requirements, and production targets.

☑Ensure Bills of Materials (BOMs) and process routings are accurate and up to date.

Production Control & Monitoring

☑Oversee dispatching, tracking, and progress control of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods.

☑Evaluate actual versus required manpower and coordinate adjustments in collaboration with Production and HR departments.

☑Identify bottlenecks, capacity imbalances, and delays; recommend and implement corrective actions.

☑Maintain accurate production data and generate performance reports (OEE, plan vs. actual, delivery adherence).

Continuous Improvement & Team Development

☑Lead Lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

☑Mentor and develop the PPC team to ensure high performance, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
• 8–10 years’ PPC experience in manufacturing
• Strong command of Excel, ERP, and production scheduling tools
• Sunder industrial Estate
