Manager - Project Sales

Qualification : BE Civil

Experience : 10 years in Project sales of waterproofing / building materials

Willing to travel

Good communication skills

· Develop and execute project sales strategy for repair & rehabilitation chemicals

· Lead specification-driven sales for infrastructure, commercial, industrial projects

· Track project lifecycles from design / specification to execution and billing

· Build strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, Government departments, Contractors & Applicators.

· Influence product approvals and technical specifications

· Identify new project opportunities in Infrastructure repair & rehabilitation, Water treatment & sewage projects, Industrial maintenance, Metro, bridges, tunnels, airports.

· Expand presence in new geographies and segments

· Support technical presentations, mock-ups, trials, and site demonstrations

· Work closely with application teams for successful project execution

· Understanding client technical requirements and proposing suitable solutions.

· Preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations

· Preparing detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, negotiating terms to close sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
