Job Responsibilities:
- Receive All Daily pending from warehouse: consolidation, marking, creation of orders and forward for approval.
- Selection and quantity assessment for all local vendor including Books, Toys & Stationary.
- Follow-up with local vendors from orders placement, until receiving.
- Follow up and coordination with billing and dispatch for retail allocation and supplies.
- Reconcile invoices for local orders and GRRN
- Handling system Local special procurement demands from E-commerce, Outlets and Direct Sales.
- Prepare special quotations.
- Assisting department for ensuring core titles, non-book items, and (local/international) are always present at outlets/warehouse with appropriate stock level.
- Listing as & when required.
- Task IP analysis reports forwarded by orders as per weekly and monthly schedules.
- Maintaining track and file records of all orders.
- Weekly scheduled reports creation and submissions.
- Visit market/outlets (every Saturday after office) for feedback/survey. (As per prescribed days and time with reporting to HOD)
- Marking of allocation for local/international books, toys and stationary.
- Event and exhibitions stock arrangement
- Swapping over stocked copies from shops
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 or more years in purchasing; comprehensive knowledge in strategic procurement.
- Good negotiation & communication skills & English command (able to communicate and deal with all levels).
- Has overall procurement experience / knowledge (Eg, sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, designing & enhancing procurement related SOP etc).
- MBA/MPA or equivalent from a well reputed HEC recognized University will be desirable
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & Power BI
- FMCG & Retail background will be given preference
