We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to take charge of our quality assurance and control initiatives. This role will ensure adherence to project specifications, company policies, and relevant industry standards throughout the engineering, procurement, and construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain a Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with recognized standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949.
- Perform internal quality audits and assist with audits conducted by customers, regulatory bodies, or third parties.
- Prepare, revise, and maintain quality-related documentation, including procedures, policies, and templates.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), drive process enhancements, and conduct root cause analyses.
- Facilitate training programs to promote understanding and implementation of quality practices and methodologies.
- Track and analyze quality metrics; manage non-conformance reports and ensure effective resolution.
- Collaborate on validation efforts and coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in quality systems or quality management roles.
- Working knowledge of quality frameworks and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean principles, CAPA, and 8D.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software; internal auditing credentials are advantageous.
- Background in document control, production environments, and regulatory compliance (FDA, EASA, OEMs).
- Certifications like Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are highly desirable.
