QC Manager

We are looking for a motivated QC Manager to lead our quality control processes and ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control from raw materials to finished garments
• Conduct inspections of fabrics, trims, samples, and bulk production
• Monitor vendor and factory compliance with brand standards
• Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with production and design teams
• Manage QC staff and provide training where needed
• Maintain reports and records on QC performance
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in QC/QA within the fashion or apparel industry
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production methods
• Experience managing vendors and conducting factory audits
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
