About Job Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Manager – QA/QC & R&D with a strong background in Drymix products, including Tile Adhesives (Tile Bond), Tile Grout, Waterproofing Chemicals, and Concrete Admixtures to join our team at our HUB, Baluchistan plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities for drymix and construction chemical products.
• Manage Research & Development for existing and new product formulations.
• Develop, improve, and standardize formulations for tile adhesives, tile grout, waterproofing systems, and admixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards.
• Conduct raw material evaluation, trials, and performance testing.
• Oversee laboratory operations, testing procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues and ensure batch consistency.
• Support technical troubleshooting, product optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and quality manuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 08-12 years of proven experience in QA/QC & R&D of Drymix products.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tile Bond, Tile Grout, Waterproofing Chemicals, and Admixtures.
• In-depth knowledge of raw materials, formulation chemistry, and testing standards.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical teams effectively.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
