Manager – QA/QC & R&D - Construction Chemicals (Male Position)

We are a leading building construction materials manufacturing company looking for a qualified and experienced Manager – QA/QC & R&D to join our team at our HUB, Baluchistan plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Oversee laboratory operations, testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Manage and execute R&D activities for new product formulations and process improvements.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and maintain relevant documentation as per ISO standards.
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and technical teams to achieve desired quality outcomes.
• Monitor product performance and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in QA/QC and R&D, preferably in the cement or building materials manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of testing procedures, chemical compositions, and product development.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ISO compliance, documentation, and laboratory management will be an added advantage.
