Manager – Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other applicable quality standards
• Supervise in-process and final product inspections
• Lead internal and external audits
• Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Train and manage the QC team to maintain high performance standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership, analytical, and reporting skills
