Manager Quality - Foam

Job description:

• Responsible to implement quality acceptance criteria with allowed deviation rates for all process at SRW from incoming to final inspection and share with concerned Staff.
• Assess customer’s quality requirements and ensure to implement procedures for testing accordingly.
• Ensure Inspection and testing of Raw material Composition Through Composition Supervisor as per defined Quality Parameters.
• Responsible to Guarantee Quality Assurance Inspection at every stage of product manufacturing.
• To issue the warning slips / CARS to production department regarding faulty production.
• Highlight the issues if arise and meeting with quality supervisors to improve quality matters when required.
• Ensure that the production lots received at packaging are free of quality errors.
• Train new staff of quality assurance and line inspector quality so that they can perform quality inspection job as per company expectations.
• Responsible that all QA/QC related documents properly prepared, maintained and updated.
• Review the Quality approval and rejection reports from QA staff on routine basis.
• investigate the customer complaint and guide corrective and preventive action to avoid such complaints in future.

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience : 7 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles. Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial quality position, preferably in manufacturing or rubber/industrial products industry.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and quality tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Based in a manufacturing environment with frequent floor visits.
