Software Quality Assurance Manager (Automation)

We are seeking a highly skilled SQA Automation Manager to lead our quality assurance automation strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS products. The ideal candidate will manage a team of QA engineers, architect automation frameworks, and continuously improve automated testing processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Drive Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) initiatives and review Gherkin feature files.
• Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.
• Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure robust test coverage.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Establish KPIs to track testing efficiency, test coverage, and defect management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to continually enhance testing practices.
• Promote continuous improvement in QA tools, processes, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with 4+ years in automation.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives.
• Strong expertise with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, SOAP UI).
• Working knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
