Manager Quantity Surveyor

Job description:

6+ years of Experience in Interior fit out is must

This is a full time job role for a Quantity surveyor he/she will be responsible for cost control, preparing BOQs, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Work closely with the project team and ensuring accurate cost estimation and control throughout the project.

Able to lead fit out project independently with knowledge of Quantity surveying, Rate Analysis, Value Engineering, Market Knowledge on pricing, procurement, post contract management, tracking budget & commercial closure of projects..

Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases.
Collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
