We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Manager – Real Estate Operations & Portfolio Support to oversee performance tracking, asset-level operations, reporting, and administration of the Family Office’s real estate portfolio.
Working closely with senior leadership, this role ensures that income-generating and development assets are efficiently managed, accurately monitored, and aligned with the strategic direction.
This role offers a strong blend of asset oversight, analytical responsibilities, stakeholder coordination and governance support.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Operations and Reporting

Maintain asset-level data covering leases, operating expenses, valuations, and documentation.

Develop portfolio dashboards, KPI summaries, and quarterly performance packs.

Support valuation cycles and maintain internal tracking tools.

Prepare reporting materials for senior management and Investment Committee.
Asset Oversight and Management

Monitor property-level operations including rent collection, renewals, occupancy and service delivery.

Maintain relationships with tenants, facility managers, brokers, and other service providers.

Review service contracts, operating costs, lease compliance, and performance risks.

Ensure insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and documentation.

Track business plan execution, including IRR updates, actuals vs underwritten performance.
Transactional and Development Support

Assist in acquisitions, disposals, and JV execution.

Coordinate due diligence requirements, data room documentation, and deal execution activities.

Monitor development progress, budgets, and milestone delivery.
Governance and Documentation

Maintain accurate contract files, agreements, and statutory documentation.

Support financial reconciliations, audit requests, and compliance reviews.

Ensure alignment with internal reporting processes and approval structures.
Experience and Education:

8–10 years of experience in real estate operations, asset management or portfolio administration.

Proven exposure to UAE real estate markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline.

Familiarity with financial modelling, valuation concepts, and operating metrics.
Technical Skills:

Strong MS Excel skills and comfort with portfolio tracking.

Exposure to property or FM systems preferred.

Knowledge of contractual review, budgeting, and lease administration.
