Manager Recovery

Job Title: Manager – Recovery

Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore

Reports To: GM Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies and collection procedures.

- Monitor recovery officers’ performance and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly recovery targets.

- Manage recovery portfolio of group.

- Settlement of the Disputed cases.

- Train and guide the recovery team for effective debt management practices.

- Maintain proper documentation of all recovery cases and communication records.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recovery, collections, or receivables management.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Sound understanding of legal and financial recovery procedures.

- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
