IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Objective of this position is to Identify strengths and areas of improvement of Distribution channel, suggesting ways to improve business through analytics, assisting managers in aligning the KPIs and to provide visibility to management on KPIs of all channels as well and sales team.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure delivery of Sales dashboards/presentations/reports to the management on channel performance and coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure performance achievement.
• Provide Management with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analysis on business and distribution KPI’s in order to provide management with complete visibility on the ongoing performance and trends of complete sales channel.
• Commission Reporting/Tracking/Issue Resolution and timely disbursement for all sales levels (Retail, Franchise, ARMs, RDs).
• Monthly Retail KPIs calculation of sales team and providing visibility to regional team.
• Be involved in target settings and communication to the stakeholders, Data extraction for reporting from MSTR and coordination with Regional Sales Team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Competencies:

• Team Player
• Analytics
• Microsoft Office
