Manager - Research & Development (R&D)

Beacon Energy is seeking an experienced and innovation-driven Manager – R&D to lead research initiatives focused on advanced solar technologies and next-generation renewable energy solutions. This role is ideal for a technical professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving product innovation from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research initiatives on advanced solar technologies and next-generation innovations
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and performance validation
• Analyze technical data to drive continuous product and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to integrate new solutions
• Prepare, review, and present technical reports and feasibility studies
• Supervise R&D teams to ensure timely, quality-driven, and innovation-focused project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced R&D environment

Experience:

• 4–6 years of R&D experience
• Prior experience in solar or renewable energy is strongly preferred
