Location: Nazimabad, Karachi (On-site & field work)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday - Alternate Saturdays)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Manager Sales - Local Market for our Pakistan based client to expand their presence in the Karachi market. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with local HR agencies, organizations, and decision-makers. The role focuses on building strong corporate relationships, driving sales of HR services and solutions, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for organizations looking to optimize their people strategy

This is a field-based role requiring active engagement with companies, agencies, and HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in Karachi, particularly HR agencies, corporate HR departments, and key decision-makers.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships to ensure recurring business and long-term partnerships.
  • Actively promote the company’s HR solutions, including: Psychometric Testing, Legal, Background Checks, Talent Acquisition & Executive Search, HR Consulting, Performance Management, Compliance Services.
  • Promote solutions, services, and HR outsourcing packages.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and prepare customized proposals/presentations.
  • Deliverdemos and present value-driven solutions to HR and business leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and networking activities to increase awareness and visibility of services.
  • Gather market insights and client feedback to support continuous improvement of offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in HR agencies, recruitment outsourcing, or HRMS/HR Tech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and HR technology landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Established corporate network with HR leaders and decision-makers in Karachi.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
