Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager of Sales and Marketing to take full ownership of our revenue-generation engine. This leader will build and execute an outbound strategy, run targeted marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our platform, and convert opportunities into long-term accounts through structured RFP and proposal management.
This role is remote (India-based) and will work closely with the CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate combines proven sales leadership with hands-on marketing expertise and thrives in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Build and lead an outbound sales program using tools like Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and SmartLead.
- Manage a team of SDRs and AEs to prospect, qualify, and close new business.
- Oversee proposal responses, RFPs, pricing strategies, and client negotiations.
- Develop reseller and distributor partnerships to broaden reach.
- Maintain a clean, measurable sales pipeline with predictable forecasting.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Create and execute campaigns (content, digital, email, social, SEO/SEM) to drive qualified leads.
- Build SourceWithAI’s brand as the leading AI-enabled sourcing and fulfillment platform.
- Publish thought leadership content (case studies, blogs, webinars, client success stories).
- Measure and optimize digital performance metrics such as traffic, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and operations to align messaging with customer feedback.
Strategy & Growth
- Design a scalable go-to-market playbook to achieve revenue goals (including $1M+ ARR within 12 months).
- Translate client feedback and market trends into actionable initiatives.
- Report on weekly and monthly KPIs, with clear insights and recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with global warehousing and fulfillment partners to support client success.

Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in sales & marketing leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or sourcing industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling outbound sales teams and closing large accounts.
- Strong digital marketing expertise across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, paid campaigns).
- Hands-on experience with modern sales and marketing tools (Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, SmartLead, LinkedIn automation, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with experience selling to global clients.
- Entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup.
